How do I place an order?
- Click on the category on the right of the page to view the items available.
- Click on the product you'd like to order
- Input the Quantity and size of that product you'd like to order
- Click Add to basket
How long will the shipping take?
Orders will be packed and shipped within five working days after the payment.
Normal shipping will take between 3 – 5 days, and Express shipping will take between 2 – 3 days.
Printed Replica’s can take a few days extra, because the printing is a delicate process
If anything is out of stock, you’ll won’t find it online.
All products are also available in the Fan shop at Ikamva.
How do I change the products inside the Shopping Basket?
The Shopping Basket lists all the products you have added.
- Click on the amount of items on the top of the page. It’s posted next to the search bar, below ‘Shopping Basket’.
- Click on the amount next to each product you'd like to change
- Write the correct amount down. 0 means nothing.
- Then at the bottom click Update Cart.
To exit the Shopping Cart, click on the category on the right of the page to view the items available.
To place your shopping cart order, click Next located at the bottom of the page.
How do I finalize the order and pay?
Here you should look through the items ordered to ensure you have chosen the correct items.
- If you have an urgent need for certain products, you can tick the South- Africa Express. Otherwise you tick South-Africa Normal.
- Then you fill in the form, and click Place Order.
- Here you should look through your personal details, and click Confirm Order.
- Now you can make the payment. Click Pay now by Credit Card, to be redirected to VCS Secure Payment Gateway.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive a clear invoice, withVAT included.
Can I change my user profile?
Unfortunately not, but you don’t need a specific profile for the shop.
